This site (www.googoosh.tv) has risen from the hearts of the fans and it is meant only for the fans. This site has always tried its very best in collecting as many members as possible so that the ideas and the collections it provides will be diverse, unique and artistic. No one can argue that these are the same qualities that GOOGOOSH herself adores and encompasses. We follow her very manner in that and in all other aspects. It is necessary for this site to clear its name from the allegations and to separate facts from fiction.

1. 1- In all the years we have demonstrated nothing but respect for  those who respected and worked with GOOGOOSH and we will continue to do so since our professionalism and personality will only allow us to engage in such manner.
2. 2- We have recovered songs that were nearly forgotten or destroyed; these have been preserved by our persistent and talented fans who are now members. We will continue to do so and to provide history with such records.
3. 3- This site in no way collects or accepts any donations or any revenue from GOOGOOSH or any members of the public. Only the members of the site provide the finances of this site, and each fan is responsible for the contents of the articles and files they provide to this site.
4. 4- This site has never and will never post copyrighted pictures (unlike other sites involved).
5. 5- No one has the right to select and choose another artist’s fans and no one has the right to disrespect  those fans.
6. 6- All the components of the site including the mp3 music files and the free concert advertising and all other contents have been on the site at the time when GOOGOOSH herself signed an appreciation card dedicated to this site.
7. 7- This site is proud to be a source for magazines and newspapers around the world for the latest GOOGOOSH concert news.
8. 8- This site is in no way connected to  other groups or sites, however, we have shared links with these groups or sites because of being supportive of the Persian Diva.
9. 9- This site will never end its publishing as they are both legal and relevant as stated in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

We hope and truly wish that one day members of the older generation come to realize that at this point in time humanity needs peace and respect. The new generation will strive never to repeat the mistakes of the past and will never give in to those who abuse their status and power to challenge, however unjustly, the rest of us. we dream that before leaving they too will come to see that this world needs, and will have, more love than they left for us.
