Manifest

My name is Terry Boone and one of my passions is music (for over 35yrs).   I listen to all kinds of music from “Pop to International”.  I’ve played in bands and orchestras for some years and really enjoy music and especially new music/artist.

Whenever I hear a CD (or even a song ) I critique it. 

My co-worker had a beautiful picture of GOOGOOSH on her computer.  I asked who was the lady and she told me about her.  Right away I wanted to hear her CD.  Let me say I was not disappointed.

It was a joy to hear for the first time the beautiful artist GOOGOOSH.  WOW!  A uniquely work of art.   I never for once got lost in the sentimental efforts of the music and lyrics.  Not being Middle Eastern, I was able to feel each song from “Hey you all see me fall to the uplifting My I.D.  Mehrdad Asemani’s arrangements to the emotional lyrics of Shahyar Ghanbari are nothing less than amazing.  Sunny and My I. D. are so upbeat and refreshing that you just feel the magic of the song (it makes you feel great and urges you to get up and dance to the happy upbeat rhythms and sultry delivery of  GOOGOOSH).

GOOGOOSH’s Manifest is memorable.  It is my greatest hope that she too (if not already) will be the Celine Dion of her genre of music. 

Packaging of GOOGOOSH’s Manifest was a little over the top, I personally would have like to have seen and read good liner notes.
